I have completed my first week and I am almost half way done my second week. I have been sticking to my Ultimate Reset diet, I had one, sort of, cheat day, which was Mother's day. I did not go overboard so it wasn't all bad.
As far as my workouts are going, in my first week, I did P90X3 and I am currently doing the first week of Body Beast. I really like the difference of the two and neither one is overwhelming in regards to time. I have also been running a couple times a week a and this is where my diet affects...
